Environmental impact, sustainability, transparency and risk management are increasingly important to all stakeholders of your event.

These stakeholders may include financial and funding partners, government bodies, event staff, volunteers and attendees.

Instep has 12 years' experience working in the event industry with events of all sizes, on a global basis.

Covering ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management Systems, ISEP has been used for events ranging from one day conferences to a three week sporting event.

The size of your event is no issue. Instep has long running experience with international events with more than 100,000 attendees.

5 Step Programme Outline

Step 1: We work with you for at least 6 months before your event date.

We collect all the nuts and bolts information about your event and set an overarching sustainability goal.

You are issued with ISEP certification and logos.

Step 2: Instep staff work with you to set sustainability goals in each of the Environmental Impact Areas:

Energy

Water

Transport

Waste

Suppliers

Attitudes

These goals may be quantifiable so we can track progress over time.

Step 3: We support organisers to make changes so your event is the greenest yet.

Step 4: Instep will attend your event to collect on-the-ground data, leaving you to concentrate on your event.

Step 5: With the data collected we do our magic and calculate your event's GHG emission footprint and write your sustainability report.

ISO Certification is issued when achieved
